This takes about 8 minutes. Three of the questions want real detail. That's the whole test, so don't rush them.
Haven't read the full role? Read it here first.
This is where you'll hear back either way.
City and country. We hire anywhere. We just need to know your timezone.
This isn't flexible. You'll be on live calls with US clients inside that window.
Running them yourself: writing the copy, managing the sending, watching the replies. Not "worked at a company that did cold email."
Presenting results, explaining a bad month, being the person they email when something's wrong.
Most of our pipeline is Python and n8n. Be honest. We'd rather teach you than find out in week three.
Select all that apply. Nobody has used all of them, so don't pad it.
What was the offer, how many emails went out, and how many meetings did it book? Numbers, not adjectives.
The real copy, subject line included. Then tell me who it went to and what the reply rate was.
What broke, how you found it, what you did. A few sentences is plenty.
A real number. The posted range is base pay before performance bonuses. If you're outside it, say so anyway and tell me why you're worth it.
Walk me through the account from question 9, on camera. It's optional, but almost everyone we hire sends one. It's the fastest way to show us you can hold a client call.
Sending your application…
Every application gets read by me personally, not a filter. If it's a fit you'll hear from me within 5 business days with a short paid test project. If it isn't, you'll still get an email. I'm not going to leave you wondering.
This role lives on live client calls between 9 and 5 Eastern, so I'd be setting you up to fail. I've saved your details. If that changes for you, or if we open something async later, I'll reach out.
I'm not being dismissive. This hire takes over client accounts in week three, so there's no runway to learn cold email from scratch on the job. Get six months of running your own campaigns behind you and apply again. I'll remember the name.
